Service Description

Session Packages are perfect for issues or problems that may take multiple sessions to solve, for example Stop Smoking, Weight-loss, Personal Issues and Stress. Strategic Psychotherapy Sessions are approximately 1.5 hours and always include a pre-therapy consult and then your therapeutic session. The following 2 sessions will be booked after the first session. Please note all our sessions can be conducted online via FaceTime and or Messenger Video.
