Strategic Psychotherapy & Clinical Hypnotherapy
Sessions are 1 hour and always include an in depth consultation about your issue, followed by a strategic psychotherapy session sometimes including clinical hypnotherapy recording that you can utilise in the comfort of your own home. After this we debrief about your session and discuss ongoing treatment plans.
Session take place at our Coolangatta suite within + Space, however all our sessions can be conducted online via FaceTime and or Messenger Video.
